Well, I read it, twice. Bottom line it it not an “agreement” of any kind. It is a “plan of action” with no teeth in it whatsoever. It states a goal of a “long term comprehensive solution”. The very last words in the document are “nothing is agreed to until everything is agreed to”. This document, in common business parlance, would be an unsigned, non-binding term sheet.

Can this document really be what Kerry and Obama is saying is the “agreement”? If so, it beggars the imagination that it could construed as any sort of a binding agreement. If Kerry says this is failsafe, he is a liar.

As I have said many times before:

I expect nothing of the Iranians and therefore never disappointed.

All agreements are useless if there is no enforcement.

This “agreement” or understanding or whatever you want to call this dialogue is just a starting point.

Good for you for at least reading it.
