An "extreme right wing" conservative judge would most likely strictly follow the law, especially the US Constitution. That's good for ALL Americans, not just people on the right. A conservative justice, for example, would permit gun confiscation if a constitutional amendment was passed that made confiscation legal. That doesn't mean they wouldn't personally oppose such an amendment from being passed, but they'd honor the will of the people if the clear majority (necessary to pass the amendment) wanted it. On the other hand, a liberal judge will simply make up the law as he or she goes in order to achieve a desired result. That result, btw, might actually be opposed by a majority of Americans, even some liberals.
