If I’m reading the reports on this thing correctly, the US accomplished absolutely nothing, and freed up $8 bn of Irans’ assets for utterly zero concession whatsoever. Pretty amazing.

It’s precisely that trait that Rowhani’s counting on, in terms of US inaction.
I’m sure it is. I’m sure Pastor Wright thought he was in as tight as could be too.
Wright isn’t an Islamic rogue state leader worthy of bowing to, though. And Obama is in over his head having to deal with actual war hawks.
A pathological narcissist doesn’t really bow to anyone but his own self image and is never in over his head.
Until reality catches up with him and shatters his ego, that is. He’s not such a player as to not be played, to be sure.
Which is why it is dangerous for President Hashtag, or anyone else, to blatantly humiliate him in front of the world.
He’s been humiliated before and never did a thing. There isn’t a hawkish bone in Obama’s body.
