The punk was nuts but not too crazy to do the shooting? His folks knew he was nuts. People who harbor these Hinckley types are just as responsible for the outcome as the nutcases are, in my view.
I think an easier question would be, "what evidence would you need, to have the courage to say he was crazy enough to do the shooting"? After skimming through the PDF, it quickly became obvious they were performing a witch hunt for a nonexistent person to place blame and try. The reams of info on the weapons, ammo and video games also is a political agenda.
