Will anything be done to detect and restrict the thousands of others similarly situated who are out there ready willing and able to do harm BY ANY MEANS that they can find? That's what I say. We don't need mental evaluations for those seeking to buy guns. We need institutional care (or house arrest) where those who will not be legally held accountable for their actions are under constant oversight by their established legal guardian/chaperon. Guns, cars, knives, poison, fists, pillows (smothering) et al ALL can be used to kill.

I'm tired of hearing that the drugs made them functional. They made them appear to be functional. Clearly they still malfunction (or cannot be trusted to keep to their prescription on their own).
