SAN JOSE (CBS/AP) — Civil rights activists are calling on prosecutors to file felony hate-crime charges against four white students accused of racially abusing a black student at San Jose State University.
NAACP leaders are urging Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen to bring felony charges against the white students, who currently face misdemeanor hate crime and battery charges.

Odd how the NAACP not only missed the knockout game played by blacks AGAINST Whites, Jews, Asians, Hispanics and Native Americans - but they have yet to condemn it. Isn’t it odd that the NAACP sees nothing wrong with black on white (or Latino or Asian) crime as “hate” crimes? Could it be that the NAACP is...wait for it...a racist organization; a sort of black KKK?

According to a police report, the white students outfitted their dormitory suite with a Confederate flag, barricaded the victim in his room and placed a U-shaped bicycle lock around his neck. This sounds like fraternity hazing, nothing more.
At least they didn't pour Everclear under the door and set it on fire ...
