If only a Senator or a Congressman would do the following three things after the impeachment and removal of Barry we might survive.
(1) a complete overhaul of the foreign aid policy.
(2) change the tax system to a low flat tax for businesses and individuals.
(3) charge a penalty in the form of a tax for companies that outsource jobs overseas. It won’t fix things overnight, but those steps would create a turn around in our economy.

The BRICS are going hard to divorce themselves from the dollar. Once they have, the reserve currency status of the dollar will be broken and that’s when the hyperinflation we’ve been expecting from “QE to infinity!” kicks in. The hyperinflation will start when confidence in holding your wealth in dollars collapses and the preference cascade for something else rolls across the globe.

On similar threads I have suggested that U.S. exports pay for imports. It is surprising how many found this a really difficult concept so no doubt these same ones will find your article equally so.

I know I am not saying what a majority of you are wanting right now, but I think it is time to bring back American manufacturing right here.

We could help them in their goal to not stockpile dollars. Raise the import tariffs, put Americans back to work, restore American industry, make America less dependent on foreign countries. And China with reduced sales to the U.S. will quickly use it's foreign exchange reserves to feed it's people.
China is afraid that Obama will destroy the value of the dollar completely and they will be left with a bag full of financial wallpaper material.
Thank you God for making that happen. The US needs to stop its spending, pull back its bloated expensive armies, and start acting like a limited Constitutional Republic again.

Wrenching back to the thread: its evident that the days of the dollar’s reserve currency status are numbered.
Eagle Diesel (shale gas) is going to make a huge difference to America’s finances -and will save America - but too late to save the reserve status.
This may not be altogether bad news. Losing reserve status will at least force the Federal government to reduce spending and live within its means.
