I disagree! The perp will now be pampered, fed and housed for the rest of his miserable life at OUR expense or, be released within a few years. He WILL NEVER pay his dues for what he has done. I would gladly be the one to drop the hammer on him to end his existance.
I think a fitting end would be if he were used as a live organ donor.
