It is a blunder if you believe that cutting through a tree with a chain saw is a blunder because the tree falls. It ain’t like anybody really believed it would stand up after you cut through it you know. Only the “useful idiots” ever believed Obamacare was intended to work. Those who wrote the mess knew damned well it was intended NOT to work.
