Well, my husband is a medical doctor, so tort reform is number one.

Then, polices should be more like home owner insurance policies.

Buy what you want, across state lines.

Catastrophic or all the bells and whistles.

Finally, people need to get the notion of running to the doctor for every minor ailment out of their heads, “just because they have insurance with a low or no co-pay.”

Mississippi has had tort reform since 2004.

You said a mouthful there!

The connection between employment and medical care needs to be severed. Patients should have control of the purse strings.
