This with NASCAR pushing the ethanol thing. Austin Dillon is doing a PSA saying those who say that ethanol is killing the internal parts of our engines as pure fabrications. He then goes on to sing the praises of how NASCAR uses it in the race cars and they get more horsepower. That may be true to a point, but he doesn’t tell you that the rash of engine failures this year came at the same time they started running 15%. Plus, the average fuel stint was reduced by several laps from the year before.
Somewhere along the line, NASCAR was led by the nose and are now shin deep in the agenda of this administration.
Knowing NASCAR, the only reason they’re doing this is because money is changing hands.
Can’t comment on E15 causing engine failures, most in Nas are valve train related due to pushing the rpm for more power.
