One of the IL Blue Cross BS coder spilled the beans to me last June. I said Obama lied. He could’ve cared less. He said the state can’t manage the exchanges and I told him (to his surprise) that it was to usher in single payer. He said they haven’t released that to the public yet. He’s in DC now as one of HHS tech warriors “fixing” the website. Lying is the thing they care of...now.
