To me the front yard looks bad by South Florida standards in a good neighborhood. It's very rare to see anyone growing vegetables in their front yard. I've seen thousands of front yards down here and this is the first one I've seen with vegetables.

Miami Shores has been around for a long time and they've always been strict with a lot of rules. It's necessary when you're surrounded by third world filth. My guess is the majority of people who live there like it that way.

The problem I have is they have been tending this garden for 17 years. Then all of a sudden the village want to regulate what can be grown there, probably to spite them.
