How is it that the Secretary of Education is considered such an authority on education??

After all, his only experience was as the Superintendent of Education for the Chicago school system, one of the worst in the nation. He drove those schools into the ground - disastrous. His only credential, IMO, was in knowing Obama, another Chicagoan.
