Once again, Congress is hiding behind the IRS as the cause of all the taxation problems in this country. You, Congress, wrote and passed these ridiculous laws. It is you who screwed this country, not the IRS.
They also delegated regulatory power that they should have kept as legislative power.
Agree the IRS, for the most part, is just doing their job. I put the biggest blame on the Congress and Senate of 1913 when the income tax and Fed was established.
It's up to the people and the current leaders in DC to fix it. Kill the funding and the federal beast will necessarily return to its cage.
