Abolish the IRS?
How about abolish 80 percent of ALL gub mint?

The easiest thing to do is cut off the funding. The rest will take care of itself.

Then they'd all have to go get REAL work ... bucking hay ... plowing fields, welding steel, sweeping floors ... building factory's ... BUILDING something ... MANUFACTURING ...
