Back in the "bad old days", any person with any black blood in him, no matter how small, was automatically considered to be wholly black. And the black people assured us that attitude was racist.
Now black people consider half-white Obama to be wholly black, but that is no longer racist, and therefore he must be accepted as black by all people, white or black.
Thus, Obomba has no white half.
