Not enough were listening, indeed. Betsy McCaughey tried sounding the clarion. I remember seeing her on FoxNews....leading up to this debacle being "passed", reading from a foot high stack of the bill.

Mark Levin had her on, recently. She was warning everyone (again) about what's to come in 2014, with the group plan cancellations.

She was also on Megyn Kelly recently saying that the bill essentially already gives us single-payer health care, especially in light of the Medicaid expansion.

The people were listening but the Democrats in congress are the ones who passed this piece of crap they knew that more than a majority of people were against it but they crammed it down our throats anyway.
