A wrongful death lawsuit brought by the family of slain Border Patrol agent Brian Terry has been dismissed by a federal judge on the grounds that a court settlement would interfere with the powers of the U.S. government, which has a compensation scheme of its own.

God forbid we “interfere” with any U.S. government “schemes”. Thanks judgey!
Criminal. I am sad, very sad for those in service that risk their lives and apparently their lives aren’t valued by this Administration and a lot of Judges. I hope there is an appeal.
What vile whores these judges are. Is there ONE honest one left....?
This judge has been told to drop this case
There is nothing in the Federal Tort Claims Act that has any such provision
Why we need to end immunity for judges. This judge has either been bought or severely threatened
If the government likes its scheme, it gets to keep its scheme....
I sincerely hope the plaintiffs in this case appeal this to the Supreme Court.
This is outrageous! I hope they take their campaign to the major media outlets to complain long and loud!
