I did not claim to have stayed home. I simply identified that your complaint is exactly the same as many who HAVE claimed they stayed home.
I also pointed out you are hypocritical for blaming those that (1) told the GOP that Romney was unacceptable and (2) subsequently did not accept him.
If conservatives are to be demonized by the R party for upholding conservative values, then the R party should not be surprised when conservatives fail to support them.

“Did I write that so you could understand it?”
I believe I understand your position, I just don’t happen to agree with it. I think we agree that the GOP is a disgrace, that the GOPe is the reason, and that by their candidate selection, the get defeated more often than not. Still, at the end of the day, I’d rather have a Bush than either of his opponents, even though I regard Bush as a poor president at the end of the day. What I want to see is a conservative plan that closes that will take control of the GOP. But seemingly, most people who are registered Republicans, don’t buy conservatism, and I don’t understand why. I guess that our populace has slid so far that they all want to be taken care of to one degree or another. Unfortunately, with the exception of Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, I don’t see any Reagans waiting in the wings, The GOPe will try to run Fat Bastard or perhaps the Mexican Bush. But simply saying that “I am not going to try to affect the process” and withhold my vote doesn’t work for me.
