My friends and I have an "inside joke" term for sweating so profusely that you need a towel to sop up the sweat from your forehead. We call it "needing a Dinkins towel" as he was captured wiping sweat away while testifying in Albany regarding the city budget shortfall (begging for money from upstate)...
