The stadium announcer at Soldier Field just cautioned fans of the chance of a tornado in the area today.

Soldier Field’s GM says in event of tornado, fans will be moved to covered concourse areas and service tunnels under the stadium.

Soldier Field holds 63,000 people. According to NFLN it would take 15-20 minutes to evacuate everyone.

November is a highly unusual time to be getting a dangerous severe weather outbreak, but people need to take this event seriously. The four previous November "High Risk" events (1989, 1994, 2002, and 2005) have resulted in a total of 148 tornadoes and 62 fatalities
