Finding a success story like this required even more patience than Bob claims to have. Would love to know the rest of their story, i.e., connections to the local Dem party, union membership(s)/office(s) held, etc.

This couple was “found” because they sent this letter in to Charlotte Observer:

My wife has been getting her health insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina as an individual.
After checking the Affordable Care Act marketplace, she found a policy through BCBSNC that is $316 per month less than she is paying now. It has better coverage than she has now.
If your policy has been canceled or the premium has gone up a lot it is because of the insurance company, not the Affordable Care Act.
Saving over $3,600 per year is because of the ACA.
