I read that only about 10-15% of House seats across the country are truly competitive between the two parties. Nancy is a poster girl for why this gerrymandering is a bad idea. Politicians who never face any serious election campaigns can stay in office indefinitely, regardless of their politics or intellectual honesty, or lack thereof.
