Right now you have millions of people who have been kicked off of their plans trying to decide what to do. Do you go into the exchanges? Do you call your agent? Do you go without? There are no good choices and only higher premiums and deductibles.

If zero care fails they go to single payer. If it succeeds it will windup being single payer(already is with Medicaid as the single payer) under no circumstances will it end.

The only good, Constitutional, American solution is, of course, complete repeal. But that is unlikely as long as Emperor 0bama runs the Executive Branch and his consigliore, Hairy Reid, runs interference in the Legislative and they are not about to let that happen. Every day this goes on increases the wreckage in the system and makes the knot larger and tighter. We ain't seen nuthin' yet...
Likely, the pain and confusion will become so widespread and intense that "single payer" will be trumpeted as the only way out and there are plenty of politicians on both sides willing to prescribe and sell that snake oil either because they believe it or the blackmail available on them is just too juicy for them to ignore.
The odd thing is, we are approaching the political equivalent of Custer's Last Stand with both sides playing the part of General Custer. It is yet to be decided which will ultimately be Custer.
