I think most conservatives have come to the conclusion that socialized education is itself the thing to be disbanded. Unfortunately, few seem to have come up with politically rational means as to how.

Liberals currently control the entire education system top to bottom, via “tenure”.

Get rid of it. Completely.

No tenure for anyone. Ever.

You will see an immediate return, to true quality education.
