Who could've predicted this as little as three weeks ago? Hahahahaha!

But but... Cruz shutdown the govt....
Well, we all know that Obama and Reid shutdown 17% of the govt.
The Dems should have accepted the House offer to delay Obamacare.

may well induce the Senate to pass its own, more limited fix. If so, the two houses will need to reconcile their bills possibly opening up even more aspects of the bill. This, of course, is precisely what Republicans want to do I think the Senate will have to move toward Landrieu's position...or something similar.
Next up...with Obama veto? I don't think he has the guts. This is why he's feverishly meeting with insurance execs to "brainstorm" right now though. He doesn't want a legislative "fix" to make it to his desk.

Cruz spent 20-some hours trying to persuade Dems that the system was about to break, bad, and they blew him off. A few weeks later, they’re scrambling to contain the rubble.

The president broke his word, had a chance to fix the problem, and only did more damage to his credibility. Today, the House made a big, bipartisan statement about the need to make things right. This mess cannot be fixed. You can make a pig into sausage, but you can't make a pig from sausage.

I’m calling “Bull!” on them. They knew the Senate would reject it so they risked nothing by voting for it - it was just a cover of smoke so that they could tell the voters back home that they tried to overthrow it.
Short memory span by lemmings will forget that they probably voted for it in the first place - and vote for them anyway.

Bullshift. The Upton bill os a big error. Do nothing. They passed it without Pubbies, now let them try to fix it. I’d be in favor of a sox-month bill.

Piecemeal repeal. The only thing that will save Democrats — except that it won’t, because look when the new round of cancellation notices will hit.

This is not the first step towards repeal, by any means. No way 39 democraps would side with GOP on that, at least not yet. This is their attempt at a “fix”. When the fix fails, that’s when democraps might join in the repeal effort.
