Yup. I call it the Obama Socialized Health Insurance Tax, or simply OSHIT.

This makes for a really nice pot shot at Harry Reid and Obama, but they need to keep their eye on the ball. No need to get bogged down in the specifics of something that won’t work anyway.

Does anyone remember Clint Eastwood’s empty chair analogy?
It sure seems prescient now.
I did not know it would be an empty wheelchair.

Anything that “guts”, defunds, destroys, repeals, eliminates ... 0bamacare is a good thing.

Damn, the Republicans can't even save the Democrats, the Democrats are so fricken stupid.
When it comes to Democrats, stupid isn't an accurate enough word.
Stupid(26291) might come close.

Good! The bill was worthless.
The house needs to pass a REPEAL bill every damned week and send it to Dingy so he is forced to defend the Obamacare train wreck WEEKLY. Every damned WEEK!

The Democrats are too stupid to even take a life line when it’s offered.
This is the BEST possible thing that could of happened for the GOP.

When Obama is done destroying the insurance companies, it will be his excuse, FOR THE GOOD OF ALL, to usher in SINGLE PAYER.

The Preezie said himself he wants to reinstate old health insurance plans. Can’t have the Preezie hampered by legal authority.

This is the bait and switch that Rush explained.
Upton is no friend of conservatives. He is far left wacko (remember the light bulb ban he started?)
Upton and his pals wrote this bill so it COULD be defeated, or even not even voted on. Why?
So dingy can return the Mary Landrieu bill to the house, and DARE them to not pass it. They then put the ball in the houses court. The Mary Landrieu bill is disastrous, but it allows them to posture and posture taking the heat off the donks, and putting it right back on the house. A game of hot potato.

I agree, but where do we find a controlling legal authority?? A truly sad time for those who believe that the Constitution should be obeyed.

President Joseph R. Biden will, of course, pardon Jughead for federal crimes.
Can any of the various states AGs bring criminal charges of state insurance fraud?
