"The disastrous rollout of his health care law not only threatens the rest of his agenda but also raises questions about his competence in the same way that the Bush administration’s botched response to Hurricane Katrina undermined any semblance of Republican efficiency...."

Even if the axiom were true--which it is not--Katrina affected only New Orleans. The "health care law" affects the entire U.S.A.

It's hard to imagine--though I know it's true--and it's downright scary to contemplate: that people actually believe what they read in the New York Times.

The disastrous rollout of his health care law not only threatens the rest of his agenda but also raises questions about his competence in the same way that the Bush administration’s botched response to Hurricane Katrina undermined any semblance of Republican efficiency....

That piece of propaganda is still going around? The in state battle between Gov. Blanco, Mayor Nagin, the National Guard, Senator Landreau and FEMA. "New Orleans has been classified as a non-regime city. Regimes involve governmental and non-governmental cooperation, a specific agenda, a recognized problem and resources to deal with the problem. New Orleans only had a temporary coalition to deal with Hurricane Katrina, which led to ineffective, temporary and inefficient evacuation and provision of resources."......President Bush had nothing to do with the New Orleans melt down during Katrina.....the rest of the coastal states had none of the N.O problems......in state fighting and welfare were the undoing of the citizens of New Orleans......blaming President Bush for something he had no control over was and is propaganda pure and simple and wrong....research and correct this.

“Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz previewed a new plan to repeal Obamacare and replace it with different health care reforms.

“The only way to stop the problems is to admit this idea was fundamentally flawed to begin with,” Cruz told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly. “At this point, starting over, stopping Obamacare, is the essence of pragmatism.”

Cruz’s approach differs from some congressional Republicans and Democrats who are working to pass a bill delaying the Obamacare individual mandate or help Americans keep their current health care plans.

Cruz said that he would release a bill to empower Americans to purchase health insurance across state lines, creating a “true national market.” Insurance can only be purchased intra-state at present.

“In the coming weeks, I intend to layout a plan to provide exactly that, a plan to repeal Obamacare altogether and at the same time expand options for five million-plus people, who have lost their health insurance and 300 million people across this country to expand their options to have affordable, personal, portable health care,” Cruz said...........”

Ted Cruz - The voice of reason and sanity in a thick jungle of socialist ideas masquerading as 'help for 'th people' however, recognized as a steaming pile of manure.

Republicans never climbed aboard the Good Ship Obamacare...but Friends of BHO who did are now running for the tall timber (Cruz, Lee, Paul, Rubio) hoping to escape with their skin/voters in tack. They don't deserve to be re-elected...they didn't stand up for the Constitution or their constituents.
