Sure, when Odumbo says to the insurance companies to take them back but nothing about raising the prices even more than they were paying. This idiot just doesn’t get it.

Obama has destabilized the entire country. Get that SOB out of office right now and start trying to rebuild.

The insurers thought they were on the gravy train with Obamacare, even though I’m sure they also knew it wouldn’t work. But they honestly can’t undo it, because all the contracts and policies for 2014 are already in place so even if they want to, they can’t.

He’s bringing the entire country down with him. He’s a megalomaniac that nobody had the nerve to stop (because they didn’t want to be perceived as anti-Indonesian).

What in the world are we going to do? Seriously. This is like the band of Islamic losers bringing down the WTC with box-cutters. It’s an off-the-wall assault on the whole system, something so basic and amateurish that probably nobody even thought it could happen. But it is.

Never forget that Obama recently shut down the government because he refused to accept a 1 year delay for Obamacare. A delay that for all intents and purposes he now wants to unilaterally impose.

The insurance companies should sue to prevent implementation of a clearly illegal command from 0bama. The impeachable offensive are starting to really pile up.

First if you can keep your current plan does that mean.

A. If you weren’t covered you won’t have to pay a fine and not have to buy something you didn’t want, was unconstitutional except that SC Justice Roberts said was allowed as a tax but violated the constitution.

B. Your one of the 5 million who now have no plan, yet the law still exists, how does an insurance company reissue a plan that doesn’t meet the new legal imperatives of Obamacare. And even if they want to re insure you how much would the new plan cost you.

C. Since its plain to see that the Dems just want to survive next years mid term election, how do they do this when everyone now knows rates are going up, your not going to be keeping the plan and Doctor you like next year. Can Obama put the egg back together after its broken?

D. What does the GOP do win the Senate and make Obama a lame duck, and set back the Democrat Socialists agenda for decades.

Apparently, that is the $64M question for GOPe *leaders*. If they'd simply confer with Sarah, Ted, Mike Lee & the other Good Guys, they'd have the answer brilliantly laid out for them. But, I digress.

But who is going to do anything about it? I have been trying to get in touch with friendly Republicans in PA (my district has rats right now) and they won't even hear me out because I am not in their voting district. My Senator's are Casey (rat) and Toomey who is proving to be worthless.

So who exactly is going to bring impeachment up seriously?

I’ve been out so let me see if I understand, Obama said that it is up to the state insurance commissioners to allow anyone to keep/get back/get an equal replacement for their old plans (same cost & doctors). It would seem that no legislation is required.

Isn’t it ironic to see Obamacare collapsing under it’s own incompetency after everything “we” did to try to stop it?

Well, now it’s “settled law” and the RATs have already said NO to any kind of repeal. So it’s Operation Obamacare Chaos! Let ‘er rip, full speed ahead, ramming speed!!!

After all, when your enemy puts his head in the noose, the last thing you want to do is cut the rope.

"...could raise costs..."

could raise costs?

COULD??!!

When did Gov't action ever lower costs of anything?

Interesting that both Upton and Landrieu are still moving ahead with their fixes.

Apparently both House and Senate realize that Obama had no answer this morning.

Obama claims people were getting screwed by the big insurance company with “substandard Acme policies”.

So he is determined to eliminate the middleman and have the federal government screw the people directly.

So, apparently Obama can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, no matter what the Congressional law says? Don’t dictators do that?

Still, Obama will just do what Obama does until he is challenged in court, which no one has the cojones to do.

What I REALLY want to know is why Obama is allowing these “rotten apple insurance” companies to continue their supposed “substandard” and “garbage” policies.

The OTHER thing I’d really like to know is if this is all the greedy insurance companies fault for cancelling these “substandard” and “garbage” policies in the first place as Obama has claimed, then why is it REQUIRED that Obama
ALLOW them to reinstate them?

BTW, anybody that’s been paying attention knows this isn’t a “fix” for Obamacare at all, but is simply a “fix” to try and stem Congressional democrats fleeing from Obama.

Also, anybody that’s been paying attention knows there’s simply no way these “inferior” policies can be “re-instated”, especially before 1/1/2014. This is simply another desperation patch being put on a fundamentally unworkable program because the public is getting its first glimpse of what Obamacare is really all about, and they are NOT liking it!

There will be more and more of these patches each and every time the public finds out the next horrible thing about Obamacare, and every patch is simply going to make the whole thing more and more unworkable, until eventually the whole thing comes crashing down like a house of cards.

Really, the only real solution is to repeal Obamacare and start over with REAL health care reform, not some socialist redistribution scheme disguised as health care reform.

The insurers have nobody to blame but themselves. They got in bed with that dog, they got fleas and now Obama sicced the hoards of “community activist” groups on them. They will be picketed, protested, occupied and their homes will be swarmed by his unemployed domestic armies in an attempt to protect dear leader and his party.

Obama did not tell the insurance companies to do anything; he told the state insurance commissioners to allow all policies. No federal legislation needed here. Red state insurance commissioners can invalidate the Obamacare policy mandate thus the individual mandate.
