“’We just didn’t realize that, unless we had health insurance at work, we’d be the ones paying for it.’”

Don’t worry. That’ll be resolved next year. I was able to stave off DeathCare by the Kenyan anti-Christ for my small business for 11 more months by renewing a month early. But by late summer 2014, I’ll be getting my company’s cancellation notice, and I’ll either throw all my workers onto the exchange, or will have to get a DeathCare-compliant small group policy.

Either way, my employees will see the premiums that they pay currently, which range for $50 - $200 per month, depending on family configuration, accelerate to many, many hundreds of dollars per month, as I can’t afford to absorb the further increases we anticipate.

This will affect many tens of millions of folks who work for small businesses. Right before election day. It’ll make the current flap over individual policy cancellations look insignificant by comparison.

My only hope is that the silver lining to this dark cloud is that it leads to the utter destruction of DemoKKKrats in the House and Senate.

The timing of cancellations like yours will impact people’s minds as the build-up to the 2014 elections gets into full swing.

There will be serious payback against Obama, IMO.
