So, if they count anybody who has put something in a shopping cart in these numbers, just pull up the pictures of the recent EBT malfunction at Walmart stores ... all those full carts, left in the aisles when the peeps ran for the doors when they realized the EBTs were working again and there would be no freebies. I suspect there are lots of abandoned ‘shopping carts’ on the Obamacare website and don’t be standing in front of the doors when the sale rings up on the register.
