Putin doesn’t think like that—he will stand up to the Islamic nut cases! A little bloody force and they will fold—they can’t be intimidated with bad PR and good sound bites—they can wallow in blood and come up smiling. The islamic people fear the Russians in a way they detest the weak Americans. he wants those warm water ports, power in the middle east—and the suez canal. Russia will keep a tight iron fist on them but he will back up the Copts and Nestorians and orthodox Christians in the area. The future of Israel might well be decided in Moscow!
