State Obamacare exchanges illegally allowed to skip security assessment

The Department of Health and Human Service’s Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services allowed state Obamacare exchanges to launch at the beginning of October without having an independent security assessment completed, as required by OMB guidelines and federal law.

A recently discovered document published by the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), raises serious questions about the security and privacy of the state health insurance exchanges and further highlights the extent to which the Obama Administration skirted federal standards in order to launch the exchanges by October 1.

Let me see...

Obamacare is an illegal and, therefore, invalid law. The federal government is breaking the Constitution and, therefore, breaking the law (the Constitution is the "Law of the Land" Art VI, Clause 2) as confirmed by the 10th Amendment by interfering with private health insurance and forcing an individual mandate becasue the Constitution does not grant these powers to the federal government.

So now the illegal law is being broken. Can you illegally break an illegal and invalid law? I think because Obamacare is an invalid law, violating Obamacare is not illegal in and of itself. If your act, however, break other, valid laws or again breaks the law of the Constitution, then, of course, your act is illegal.
