The GOP has to counter this by explaining how silly the Law is and that it’s just another Trial Lawyer gift from the Democrats.

Perhaps we can counter with a Conservative / Tea Party Rights Bill, where Liberals can be sued for lying about us and slinging vulgar words like Teabagger and Terrorist..

Pass a House bill that is 10 times more ? whatever ? and dare the Senate.
Stuff like polygamy with anyone, open restrooms for any perception, marriage to animals, remove any age limits, unlimited free Govt. funds to anyone offended, use your imagination (mine limited out).
Then call it a TeaParty Democrat bill.
Typical GOP countering seems like such a losing tactic.
