Remember when McDonalds French Fries were awesome? Now they taste like sand...tasteless and flat. Well that pretty much is from NOT using trans fats.
It’s like cooking a hamburger with no fat content...over the ‘luscious’ taste of a hamburger fried in it’s own grease.
Bottom line, I am trying to find out if I will be prevented from buying lard and butter for my own use. The ban is supposed to be gradual, which could e even more insidious. I’m not even sure what defines a trans fat, but I’m boning up.
