Let me ask the question that no one has yet thought to ask.

Let's suppose the GOP-e manufactures a Chris Christie nomination. I for one refuse to vote for any GOP-e candidate, but nonetheless, does anyone -- ANYONE -- in their right mind think that Chris Christie would attack the Clintons or any Democrat?

Oh sure, Christie will viciously crucify every Republican primary opponent during the Primary, but then, just like Dole. Just like McCain, and just like Romney, Christie will be meek as a tender kitten against Hillary, and Christie will go on to lose.

Eight days before the election in 2008 John McCain stood up and told Americans that they had nothing to fear from an Obama presidency -- eight days before the election!

Pffft....

My days of voting in the general election may be over. If I don’t have a candidate in the primary, by the time I actually get to vote in one of those my candidates are usually toast, I won’t vote in that either.

I used to scorn people that were detached and did not vote. Now I will become one of them and just keep my head down for my remaining years, unless the open rebellion starts.

I remember that well, along with Romney's pathetic third debate...every other word out of his mouth seemed to be
...I agree with the president on that ...

Truly pathetic, especially after his strong first debate.

During the 2nd debate when Zer0 begged Candy Crowley to pull his chestnuts out of the fire, Romney should have said...."SIT DOWN CANDY! , let the president answer this. Now Mr president, about Bengahzi.... what actions did you take that night???"

IMO, New Jersey cannot be effectively governed unless you are willing to cut deals with the Tony Soprano-types.

The Dems will surely keep a dossier on all of these, to be used at the appropriate time late in a Presidential Campaign.
