Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center said Monday it is eliminating 58 positions and laying off 36 employees as part of a restructuring to meet the challenges of the federal Affordable Care Act. When Obama said repeatedly "if you like your doctor, you can keep him", the "you can keep him" part was meant as an insult. The Federal Government doesn't want him!
