Wright said he's arranged to get a valid state ID in time by presenting a certified copy of his birth certificate. But the 90-year-old Democrat says he worries about others who could be affected by what he called "unduly stringent requirements."

Translation - he figured it out but some of you peons may be too stupid to present the proper documentation

He said he was denied but apparently he was not, he was just put on the proper path to obtain a proper ID and was registered. He lies.
