I did some programming back in the 60s on punch cards but that was the IBM era. Hollerith was a bit even before that I think.

According to the NY Slimes, the ObamaCare website consists of 500 million lines of code (supposedly about five times the size of a typical large bank's codebase). You can't even store anywhere close to 500m bits on a 3.5-inch floppy, much less lines of code.
