It’s not a distraction. Not in This day and age. Whether it’s lack of coverage of this weeks scandal/WH screw up or new reports about the members of Congress and average Americans trying to push back against the scourge of Liberalism....the media is at the center of all of it in this modern information era.
The mantra of “if we don’t cover it...it didn’t happen” is still prevalent on the MSM news rooms and sadly there are too many low information voters blindly accepting what they hear.
And when the media DOES talk about TEA Party folks like Cruz and Lee and others...look at how they are portrayed. That is a direct result of the media and the blame rests squarely in their lap. They shape perceptions.
The Libs and their allies think about “optics” in everything they do from the time they get up till they go to sleep at night they stratigize about how they can craft an issue in the media to smear the other side.
The media’s not a side bar...not by a long shot. And if we go out there and try to get the attention of the MSM with shouts of Rules for Radicals and such...they’ll find a way to make us look like a bunch of paranoid racists.
If we want the WH and control of Congress back it’s gonna have to be done by making an end run around the behemoth that is the MSM.
The answer of course is the New Media and that’s why many of us are here. To keep it moving up and onward as we eclipse what the DBM once was.
The U.S.S.R had many press outlets. Today, and over the past thirty ~ forty years there has been an equal number of Dem./Commie party news outlets.
With the onset of the WEB the Berlin Wall that is the Dem/Commie propaganda departments and the serious Gobbles, Tokyo-Roses have been outed.
It took a while for the U.S.S.R. to fold, and Socialism in Europe, is still in ascendancy, even with their failed economies.
The Dem/Commie propaganda departments are also suffering through failed economics. Not many are reading or watching their drivel. More and more people simply do not believe the “crap” emanating from these pustules of lies.
