This is the problem with mass resistance to anything - it always starts with the first resister, and he *will* be totally destroyed as a lesson to others. This is why well planned actions begin simultaneously everywhere. Or, to quote someone who was well acquainted with the issue, "We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately."
