They could pass that and in 2 weeks a lawsuit will be filed, and a judge will rule it's discriminatory to make them into second-class citizens in a Jim Crow-style law that gives them less privileges than everyone else. Mark my words.

I don't even disagree with that premise. If someone's going to be an immigrant, they should have the same full privileges as any citizen does. We are a welcoming country. But no one who jumps ahead in line and comes in illegally should get any privileges. You can't protect immigrant rights by giving some people the special privilege to live here when they didn't wait their turn in line.

Once one liberal judge declares that it's an unconstitutional "Jim Crow" style law to create a second-class citizen status where they're not eligible for benefits, that part of the "pathway to amnesty" law will be thrown out and it'll be full amnesty for all.
