I am County Supervisor. Every day we are hit with new rules and regulations. We can’t even keep up. The latest may cost us over $4million and any future economic growth. It is a war, people..it is us against our federal government. I truly hope you all deeply understand that.
As with the global warming hoax, dealing with storms for AGW is just a diversion. The EO talks about evaluating and making the watersheds less susceptible to storms. I think this is all about CONTROL OF THE WATERSHEDS, not global warming. When you get down to it, ALL of the land is a watershed, except maybe in places like Death Valley. I think this is about control and regulation of the land, which can be used to effectively deprive owners of their private property rights. This, I think, is really what is going on here. Unmitigated evil at work. . . .
Prepping for this is a great idea. I would suggest more recycling bins for tossing out the silly memos on how to prepare for climate change.
Another day, another impeachable offense.

Then build how you want and to heck with federal funding.

They plan to use this as a springboard for the EPA & Corp of Engineers to completely takeover the US Water supply. Removing the water rights from the property owners. In defiance of the legal right to minerals under property owned by private individuals.
