I didn't say he orchestrated it. But he will use it. Small incident or not, if it's in the national media, he'll use it.

The daily killings in Chicago or Detroit or NY are not used because the national media won't put them out there. That's black on black or black on white crime. Doesn't fit their political use.....

He can attempt to use it all he wants. He’ll fail. If 20 kids getting killed in a school didn’t result in additional gun control legislation, this incident certainly won’t.
