The person who put the thoughts into my head was a thoracic surgeon on a 4 hour flight to the West Coast about 5 years after Dianna was lost. He said he had read the reports and she should not have died. He did not feel there was any foul play, he just said there is something that we are not seeing. He did not say Marfans.
