Uhhhh, was Massachusetts healthcare signups ‘voluntary’ or were the mandatory with non-signers committing a crime and being fined?
Ok, so there’s needy people getting ‘signed up’, but there are a lot getting dumped in the name of O”care” . . . but then the dumpees represent only 5% of the American population . . . must still be ok to have ‘needy’ people around...
