An internal government memo, obtained by CNN today and written just days before the Obamacare website opened, warned of a "high" security risk because of a lack of testing of the website.
"Due to system readiness issues, the (security control assessment) was only partly completed," said the memo from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. "This constitutes a risk that must be accepted and mitigated to support the Marketplace Day 1 operations."

Can we get it changed back here, since I think this is fairly important and I don't want it to get drowned out by Sebelius' testimony, with all the other links out there.

Who cares if she is “sorry”. I want the $700,000,000.00 of taxpayers’ money returned and her in prison for her crimes.

Accountable means she should leave government now.
She did not fall on her sword. She did not resign, refused to cause the resignation of an underling who testified previously and was unresponsive to the Committee.
She refused to shut down the site EVEN WITH these security flaws.
HOWEVER it was stated in the Hearing that the web site WAS INDEED DOWN during the entire Hearing.
How can you INSIST on keeping a site up, when it is DOWN?
IT IS DOWN, HAS BEEN DOWN.
She just continues to “promise” it will be substantially “fixed” by the end of November.
If she fell on her sword, she would pull the plug on the system because of the security risks alone; even if it were actually working.
