If Obamacare was just an elaborate scam to lead us to a single payer (socialist) system, then is single payer just a scam to deliver really serious population control.

Your answer is yes. Single payer allows for healthcare rationing. Aimed directly at aging Baby Boomers and the physically handicapped of all ages to decrease the surplus population
