If all he had was everything EXCEPT the explosives....
then why was he charged with

Will be interesting to see where or who he was planning with these “components” for bomb making. I suspect the police actually do know but will not be revealing this as they have ,no doubt, need to follow up with the information they have....
Hope the police searched Barry Steven Dunham, native of Iran and who changed his name from Mohammed Ackmed Hussein, who was seated two rows over for the last bomb making component.
